Talent Boost Summit 2022

The annual Talent Boost Summit takes place in Vaasa on 22 November 2022 at 9.00-17.00. The event will focus on how existing services and proven practices can be used to strengthen talent attraction and retention around Finland.

Talent Boost Summit is a national event organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, Ministry of Education and Culture, Business Finland and Course towards Finland (ELY Centre for Southwest Finland, ESF) project, ELY Centre for Ostrobothnia and Ostrobothnia TE Services.

Talent Boost Summit 2022 contemplates how international talent can help solve Finland’s labor shortage and create new innovations and growth. The event is aimed especially at companies and other employers as well as key stakeholders interested in the theme. 

The event is free of charge and parts of the program will be streamed online. Registration for the event opens in September.
