We have negotiated room quotas at various hotels in Vantaa that event participants may use for accommodation if they wish.

The organisers of Integration 2026 are not responsible for hotel room rates, reservations, or services included in the rates. Accommodation in Vantaa during the event is at the participant’s own expense. Please handle all matters related to reservations, payments, and invoicing directly with the hotel.

Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport

• Single room €144.00 per night
• Double room €164.00 per night

The rate includes breakfast, gym access, Wi-Fi, and VAT.

Each guest is responsible for making their own reservation and must guarantee the booking with credit card details. Each guest is also responsible for paying for their own accommodation.

Cancellation Terms

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations or changes made after that, the hotel will charge the first night’s accommodation. No-shows will be charged for the first night. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid throughout the reservation period. Unsecured reservations will not be accepted.

Skyline Airport Hotel

Rates include breakfast, parking for the duration of the stay, and VAT.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or paid at the time of booking. The last day for free cancellation of an individual reservation made from the allotment is 4 days before arrival. Each guest is responsible for their own accommodation expenses.

Scandic Helsinki Airport

Discounted rooms can be booked on the Scandic Hotels website.

Guests may choose their preferred room type and receive an additional discount when paying for the reservation at the time of booking. The cancellation policy for an individual reservation depends on the reservation type selected by the guest. To confirm the reservation, guests must provide the hotel with valid credit card details.

Hilton Helsinki Airport

The hotel offers guests a 10% discount on the daily rate. The rate varies depending on hotel occupancy and room category selected. Rooms can be booked using booking code CMTG or through the booking system.

An individual reservation made with the booking code may be cancelled free of charge until 11:59 p.m. on the day before arrival.

Enter booking code CMTG in the promotional code field at www.hilton.com.

The discounted room rate will then be displayed.
