The service user has the right to know for what reason we save data and who processes it. We will only collect statistical data on the website’s usage, which will be used to improve the online services. The collected data cannot be used to identify users. The collected data includes

Data protection at events
In events related to the promotion of integration and the reception of refugees organized by the KEHA Centre, personal data is processed for the purpose of organizing and implementing the event as well as managing communications related to it. Personal data is used, for example, to manage registrations, identify participants, arrange practical event matters (such as venue arrangements and catering, where applicable), and communicate about the event before and after it.
The personal data collected may include, for example:
- First name and last name
- Job title
- Organization
- Email address
Where necessary, we may also process information concerning dietary requirements or accessibility needs for the purpose of organizing the event. If other personal data is collected in connection with an event, this will be specified separately during the registration process.
Personal data is disclosed and the processing of personal data is outsourced only in accordance with applicable legislation and within its permitted limits. Personal data is processed only by organizations and individuals who are authorized to do so as part of their duties. In addition, service providers may process personal data (such as registration system providers or parties involved in event arrangements) to the extent necessary for the implementation of the event.
Personal data will be deleted within a predetermined period after the event, unless the event’s funding requires otherwise (for example, in the case of EU-funded events).
Event recordings may have displayed participants' names. Recordings will be removed from public view when their content becomes outdated or when they are edited so that names are no longer visible.

Data protection for the newsletter
The newsletter of integration complies with the data protection principles of the Integration Partnership Programme. The subscriber’s email address is recorded on the mailing list based on the subscriber’s consent. Data are only disclosed to the service provider of the newsletter system, who must not disclose the data to any third parties or use them for any other purposes. The data are not transferred outside the EU or the EEA or to any international organisations.

Data protection for the partnership programme
Organisations can become an operator in the integration partnership programme by using a form published on integration.fi. The name of the organisation and the name and e-mail address of the contact person will be saved. The contact person’s e-mail address will also be entered on the distribution list of the partnership programme’s newsletter, based on the subscriber’s consent. The data will only be used for communications in the partnership programme and for promoting partnerships. Data are only disclosed to the service provider of the newsletter system, who must not disclose the data to any third parties or use them for any other purposes. The data are not transferred outside the EU or the EEA or to any international organisations.
