The purpose of the project, which was coordinated by the ELY Centre for Southeast Finland, was to streamline the education and employment pathways of immigrants with a quota refugee background. In the project, information, advisory and guidance personnel were able to enhance their expertise and network skills and the expertise of the TE Administration and education institutions was brought together at an earlier stage than in the past. Quota refugees were also provided with information briefings in their own languages.
