Limited number of places available for the in-person event
This year, the Integration event has slightly fewer places available than in previous years. In total, the event can accommodate 800 participants, including performers and event organisers. All places for the in-person event will be confirmed between 15 and 17 September 2026, so filling out the form does not yet guarantee a place in the in-person event. Those attending the in-person event can take part in the programme of all five halls, but there are hall-specific restrictions on the number of participants. Workshop-style programmes are generally held only in-person, while the programme of the three large halls can also be followed remotely.
As the number of in-person participants is limited, we kindly ask all organisations and work communities to consider who from the organisation can attend the in-person event before filling out the participant form so that as many organisations and participants as possible can join. The organiser reserves the right to limit the number of participants per organisation.
The evening event will be held in Tikkurila, at Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa's Tulisuudelma restaurant. The evening event is only intended for participants attending the in-person event.
A quota of hotel rooms has been reserved for those attending the in-person event in the vicinity of the venue. Please note that the hotel quota does not guarantee a specific price, but the rooms are reserved for the Integration 2026 participants' overnight stays. Accommodation is arranged directly with the hotel by the participants, and the event organisation is not responsible for the prices or for ensuring that there are enough rooms for all participants.
Get to know a local company, educational institution and organisation at the side event
The City of Vantaa will organise a side event on the day before the Integration event, i.e. Tuesday 27 October 2026. The side event includes a bus tour and visits to three destinations in Vantaa. During the event, the participants will learn about a local company, educational institution and organisation and have time to network both on the bus and at the destinations.
The bus tour starts from Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport at 14:00 and ends at around 19:00 at the same location. The side event has room for up to 50 participants. It is primarily intended for in-person participants who are travelling to Vantaa from farther away and would not otherwise be able to visit these sites.
