Integration 2026 does not have programme tracks, but instead consists of sessions organised in six different spaces. There is plenty of room to move around in Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport, so you can easily switch from one space to another. We organised a call for exhibitors in May 2026. Due to the large number of applicants, we cannot accept later registrations. The applicants selected in the application process were notified in June.

There was a need to limit the number of exhibitors at the event due to resources and the size of the event facilities. A further aim was to make sure that the noise level at the venue would be moderate. A small fee is charged for the exhibition booth.

The train is a convenient way to get to Helsinki Airport from both the Helsinki city centre and other parts of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The hotel is a short walk from the airport’s train station, and there will be signs to the hotel. Several HSL bus lines also operate to the airport.
