Talent Boost is a cross-administrative programme for work-based and education-based immigration. Its aim is to improve Finland’s ability to attract foreign workforceand their families to meet its labour needs.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the Ministry of Education and Culture are jointly responsible for the preparation and coordination of the Talent Boost programme.
