Talent Boost is a cross-administrative programme in which the aim is to attract specialists, employees, students and researchers to Finland and to make our country more attractive to these groups and their families.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the Ministry of Education and Culture are jointly responsible for the preparation and coordination of the Talent Boost programme.
