Unemployment Security Act gives unemployed job seekers the opportunity to apply for work

The income of unemployed jobseekers will be safeguarded by compensating for the financial losses caused by unemployment in accordance with the Unemployment Security Act. This will enable jobseekers to apply for work and improve their chances of entering or returning to the labour market.

Basic income during unemployment is secured for unemployed jobseekers through unemployment allowance or labour market subsidy.
