We collect contact information for municipal guidance and counselling services for immigrants. We will publish the information on Finland’s guidance and counselling services on a Google Maps map at the kotoutuminen.fi website. The website also includes a table of the guidance and counselling services and the languages in which services are offered.
Compiling this information aims to increase interaction between different authorities promoting integration and guidance and counselling services, to provide information on the languages in which guidance and counselling services are available and to highlight the Finnish network of such services.
If the guidance and counselling services operate in several locations or in several different units, please indicate each location/unit on a different form. In this way, all locations can be found on the map, including the different language offerings.
If the contact details or the language offerings of the location, or the contact details of the person who has submitted the information on guidance and counselling services change, please do not submit a new form. Instead, please notify the changes by sending an email to [email protected].

For the time being, we only collect contact information for guidance and counselling services provided by municipalities/joint municipal authorities. If the guidance and counselling services are offered in several locations, please indicate each location on a different form.
Contact person information is required so that we can verify the accuracy of the information and the person’s background. The privacy policy includes information on how your contact information is processed.
A street address of the guidance and counselling service is required for the map. P.O. Box addresses are not allowed.
Please indicate on the form in which languages the services are offered and whether they are offered permanently or temporarily. If the language offerings need to be updated, do not submit a new form. Instead, send an email to [email protected].
