Monitoring and review

The authority responsible for drawing up the integration plan (municipality and/or TE Office/municipality in the pilot area or in some cases the wellbeing services county) shall monitor the implementation of the integration plan in accordance with the Immigration Act.
The drawing up of the integration plan is an evolving process and the plan must be updated as necessary to correspond to the conditions or goals that have changed.

The municipality shall review the integration plan in accordance with the service needs of
the immigrant or at least once a year.

The TE Office/municipality in a pilot area must review the integration plan in a meeting with the jobseeker or if requested by the jobseeker, unless reviewing it is obviously unnecessary.

The plan may also be reviewed if specifically so requested by the parties. The wellbeing services county may, together with the municipality or the TE Office, participate in the review of the plan if the integration plan also includes services provided by the wellbeing services county.
