Integration 2024 is full – register for the waiting list or online event

The registration for Integration 2024 in Turku is full. You can register for the waiting list to get information, if more places become available for the event in Logomo, Turku. The online event has a lot of space left.

Cancel your registration if necessary 

If you know that you cannot attend the event at Logomo, cancel your registration through the link in the email confirming your registration. This way you will decrease food waste and make it possible for someone else to attend. If you need to change your information or decide you only want to come for one day, you can change your registration information through the link in the same email.  

Act fast if you get a place from the queue

More places for the event at Logomo cannot be added, because the location and meals at Logomo during the Integration 2024 event can only take 1,000 participants. A maximum of 250 people are taken to the queue. 

A place freed from the queue is only available for 24 hours from the moment you get a notification in your email. The short response time ensures that the queue advances quickly before the event and all freed places are filled. Be prepared that you might also receive a notification about a freed place during the weekend. 

Register for the online event 

As an online participant you can follow the programme in the main hall, discuss with others in the chatrooms and network with other participants on the event platform so it is also worth registering as an online participant. 

Note that you need to register in advance for the online event to be able to register for the event platform. Registration for the online event ends on 2 November.
