Suggest ideas for Integration 2026!

Publication date 28.1.2026 10.12
Type:News item

The Integration 2026 event takes place from 28 to 29 October 2026 in the conference centre of Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport, Vantaa. Now you have the opportunity to participate in planning the event by suggesting programme ideas! Suggestions are open to all operators working with integration and the reception of refugees. The suggestions must be submitted by 28 February 2026.

Programme content and speakers for the event can be suggested through a Webropol online form until the end of February. You can also just suggest a topic/theme. Your suggestion could be a regular speech, an activity, a guided session, break programme, etc.

All suggestions and ideas are welcome. When making your suggestion, note that the programme is aimed at people working with integration and the reception of immigrants, such as municipalities, wellbeing services counties, other authorities, and organisations.

A programme planning group for the event has been assembled through an open call. Based on the collected programme suggestions, the group aims to create a programme that is versatile both in content and how it is carried out. The programme also considers factors like diversity and regionality. The programme planning group is picking programme content even before the form closes, so it is best to be quick and not leave responding to the last minute.

Leave your suggestion through the Webropol form

Respond to the survey by 28 February 20246. It takes about 5-8 minutes to complete. The form will ask for your contact details in case we need additional information or want to further work on the idea. Please only suggest one piece of content per form. You can fill in multiple forms if you have several suggestions.

Please note that we may need to change your original idea so that we can guarantee the regional and operator-specific coverage of the programme. In addition, ideas may be combined for practical reasons, for example if several people have suggested similar content.

We will publish the names of everyone who suggested ideas at Integration 2026 even if the idea has been changed for the above-mentioned reasons. However, it will not be possible to connect individual names to a specific programme event. You can give your consent to publishing your name on the suggestion form.
