The application period for the photo exhibition of the Integration 2024 event has been opened

The Integration 2024 event is searching for a photo exhibition dealing with integration or the reception of refugees or a theme closely related to these topics through an open call. The photo exhibition application is open from 3 to 21 April 2024.

The Integration 2024 event will take place on 14–15 November 2024 in Turku, in Logomo.

Apply by April 21 at the latest

How to apply:

  • Enter all possible information about the photo exhibition.
  • Submit only one photo exhibition proposal/form.
  • Tell us how many pictures would there be in the exhibition and what their dimensions are.
  • Tell us where and when the exhibition has been shown before.
  • Complete the form no later than April 21, 2024.

Participate in the open call even if you have already proposed a photo exhibition as program content on previous application forms.

Please note that the organizer of the photo exhibition takes care of the transportation and hanging of the pictures, as well as the accommodation and travel expenses related to the organization of the exhibition. Other possible costs will be negotiated with the selected exhibition organizer. In addition, it is hoped that the organizer of the exhibition will be there to present the exhibition.

The organizers of the Integration 2024 event will decide on the photo exhibition by the beginning of May 2024 at the latest. The organizer reserves the right not to select any exhibition for the event. All applicants will be notified of the selection.

The search for exhibition spots opens at the end of April

Search for the exhibition spots (ständitori) will start later in April. Don't use this form to apply for an exhibition spot. The search for exhibition spots will be published on the event's website integration2024.fi.

The Integration 2024 event is organized by Southwest Finland ELY centre in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland. The event is also financed by the city of Turku, The Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland (Varha) and Bildningsalliansen rf. The event is part of the Partnership Programme. The event is co-financed by the European Union.
