Integration customer data system (Koto-AJ) is an integration customer data system that supports integration customer work in municipalities, improves data transfer between different integration actors and produces data on integration at the municipal, regional, and national levels.

4.5.2026 | The KEHA Centre has launched a project that involves integrating the features of the Koulutusportti system into the Job Market Finland for Experts, Job Market Finland and the Customer Information System for Integration (KotoAJ). The new solutions are scheduled to be introduced by the end of 2027.

Integration customer data system has been possible to take into use in municipalities from 1 January 2025. The requirement for municipalities to use the system will enter into force from 1 January 2027.

The Centre of Expertise in Immigrant Integration maintains a national monitoring system for integration. The monitoring system consists of indicators for different phenomena, which are based on data from registers and surveys.

A development project will be launched at the KEHA Centre in autumn 2022 to develop the national information system services for integration. In particular, these services will improve the exchange of information between those involved in integration as well as the knowledge-based management of integration at the municipal, regional and national level.

26.3.2026 | The KEHA Centre has published an updated version of the reference architecture for promoting integration at the municipal level.
