Applications now accepted for exhibition stands at Integration 2022

Would you or your organisation like to share good practices in integration or refugee reception? Or would you like to tell potential partners about your work in promoting integration? Take part in the Integration 2022 event as an exhibitor. Integration 2022 will take place in Tampere on 7–8 November 2022.

The organisers of the Integration 2022 event will, based on application, select a small number of exhibitors for the exhibition space. In the exhibition space, you can share materials, tell about your activities and meet partners.

The exhibition space is meant for those working in the field of integration, immigration and refugee reception, offering them an opportunity to tell about their work. Only 30 exhibitors will be selected. We recommend that small operators share an exhibition space. The organiser reserves the right to place different exhibitors together in the same stand so that as many exhibitors as possible can be present at the event.

The exhibition stands are subject to a fee based on the size of the stand. The prices of the stands vary from EUR 50 to EUR 500. It is not necessary to decide on the size of the stand when submitting the application. It is sufficient to provide information on the approximate size needed. The coordination group for the event will decide, based on the application, which stand an applicant will receive. After that they will request that the exhibitor approves the size and price of the stand. 

Applications will be accepted from 4 to 25 May 2022. Submit your application via Webropol form by 25 May 2022.

All applicants will be informed of the decisions in August 2022 at the latest. After the invoice for the stand has been sent to the primary contact person, the stand is binding.
