The Integration 2024 event will take place this year, i.e. 14–15 November 2024 in Turku. Now you have the opportunity to participate in the planning of the event with a program proposal! This year, program planning is open to everyone interested in Integration event planning. The program planning team of the event compiles the program based on the proposals received. Program proposals must be submitted no later than February 18, 2024.

Please note that in Integration 2024, the program structure will be renewed. Instead of theme tracks, we are looking for a program for individual sessions, which means there can be more themes than the five main themes of previous events. You can propose program content and speakers for the event using the Webropol form until mid-February. You can also enter just the subject/theme. The program can be, for example, a traditional speech, a functional program, a program segment or even a break program. All suggestions and ideas are welcome. When you propose a program, take into account that the program is aimed at integration and refugee reception professionals, i.e. for municipalities, wellbeing services counties, other authorities and organizations.

A program planning group has been assembled for the event in autumn 2023. Based on the program proposals collected, the group strives to build a program that is versatile both in terms of content and ways of implementation. The program planning group picks up the contents already within the response time of the form, so you should be quick and not leave the response until the last day.

Fill in your program proposal on the Webropol form.

Answer the survey no later than February 18, 2024. It takes about 5-8 minutes to fill out the form. The form asks for the contact information of the person submitting the proposal in order to request additional information or further refine the program idea. Suggest only one program content/form. You can fill out several forms if you have several program proposals.

The search for the exhibition spots (Ständitori) will start later

The application period for the exhibition space will start later in the spring. Don't use this form to apply for an exhibition spots. The application period for exhibition spots will be opened on the event's website integration2024.fi. The website will be opened in February.

The Integration 2024 event is organized by Southwest Finland ELY centre in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland. The event is also financed by the city of Turku, The Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland (Varha) and Bildningsalliansen rf. The event is part of the Partnership Programme.
