Integration client information system ICDS has been launched
The integration client information system ICDS was put into operation on 27 January 2025. Around 40 municipalities are participating in the system during the first phase. Municipalities will be obligated to use the system on 1 January 2027 following a transition period.
The first version of the ICDS contains functionalities for assessing skills and service needs related to integration and for drawing up an integration plan. New functionalities will be added during 2025–2026 as part of system development.
Instructions for the use of ICDS, including instructional videos, are available at the Tuutti service of the KEHA Centre. Frequently asked questions about the system can be found at the kotoutuminen.fi website.
The next possible date for municipalities to put the ICDS system into operation will be 3 March 2025. For more information about ICDS and its introduction, please e-mail [email protected].
The ICDS integration client information system has been developed by the Koto-digi project of the KEHA Centre. The Koto-digi project is funded with a separate appropriation for resettlement from the EU’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The Koto-digi project is part of the action plan for referral of refugees to municipalities and integration support (2022–2027).
