Do you or your organization have a good practice of integration or reception of refugees to share with others? Do you want to tell potential partners about your integration-promoting activities? Participate in the Integration 2024 event as an exhibitor. Integration 2024 will take place on 14–15 November 2024 in Turku.

The organizers of the Integration 2024 event select a small number of exhibitors for the exhibition space based on the application. In the exhibition space, you can, among other things, share materials and talk about your activities, as well as meet potential partners.

The exhibition space is intended for integration, immigration and refugee reception operators to present their own activities. In addition, operators who support the well-being of these operators at work are welcome to apply as exhibitors. A limited number of exhibitors can take part. We recommend a common exhibition stand for small operators. The organizer reserves the right to combine different applicants at the same exhibition stand, so that as many actors as possible can be featured in the event.

Exhibition stands are subject to a fee and the fee is charged according to the size of the exhibition stand. The prices of exhibition points vary from 17,50 to 60 euros. It is not necessary to decide on the size of the exhibition stand during the application phase. The event coordination team allocates the applicants to exhibition stands based on the applications and asks the exhibitors to approve the size and price of the exhibition stand after the decisions have been made.

The application period is 22.4.–24.5.2024.

Apply to be an exhibitor using the Webropol form no later than May 24, 2024.

The exhibition stands will be announced to those selected and also to other applicants by August 2024 at the latest.

The Integration 2024 event is organized by Southwest Finland ELY centre in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland. The event is also financed by the city of Turku, The Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland (Varha) and Bildningsalliansen rf. The event is part of the Partnership Programme. The event is co-financed by the European Union.
