Information for those who are involved in an organisation or voluntary work
Organisation operators and volunteers support immigrants’ participation in society. Low-threshold activities promote immigrant integration together with authorities. Providing support in the person’s own language is a significant perk of the organisations.
Partnership programme The integration partnership programme supports the effectiveness of the work promoting integration and social inclusion by bringing together operators and increasing multi-professional and diverse cooperation.
Services by organisations Organisations play a significant role in promoting integration from the early-stage housing tasks to language clubs and different hobbies.
Voluntary work Become a volunteer through organisations. A large organisation can often support their volunteers by organising training and counselling for performing voluntary work.
Tools for actors This section contains the online training and manuals, as well as information on preventing harmful practices. The section will later include the updated integration plan forms.
Kotoutumisentukena.fi You can announce or apply for low-threshold activities promoting integration on the Kotoutumisentukena.fi site.
