När det gäller flerspråkig kommunikation i flera kanaler ingår många inslag som inte nödvändigtvis måste beaktas när information på finska, svenska och engelska tas fram. Endast publicering av den flerspråkiga informationen exempelvis på en webbplats eller som videor (t.ex. på YouTube) räcker inte, utan det är viktigt att det sker i flera kanaler: flerspråkig information måste möjliggöras i flera kanaler, så att den når sin målgrupp.

Multilingual and multichannel communications include many aspects that may not need to be taken into account when communicating in Finnish, Swedish and English.
