Exhibitor application for Integration 2026 is now open

Does your organization have an interesting operating model or would you perhaps like to tell others in your field about your work to promote integration? Your organization can now apply to become an exhibitor! Participate in the Integration 2026 event as an exhibitor. Integration 2026 will take place on 28–29 October 2026 at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport in Vantaa.

The organisers of the Integration 2026 event will select a small number of exhibitors for the exhibition space based on the applications. In the exhibition space, the participants can present their activities and meet potential partners.

The exhibition space is intended for integration, immigration and refugee reception operators to present their own activities. A limited number of exhibitors can take part. The event organiser reserves the right to select applicants for a limited number of exhibition stands, so that as wide a range of actors as possible are featured at the event.

Exhibition stands are subject to a fee. The organiser assigns the applicants to exhibition stands based on the applications and asks them to approve their participation and the participation fee after the decisions have been made.

How to apply to become an exhibitor

You can find more information about exhibiting on the application form. The application period runs from 20 April to 20 May 2026. 

Apply to become an exhibitor using the Webropol form no later than 20 May 2026.

The exhibition stands will be announced to those selected and other applicants by August 2026 at the latest. 

The Integration 2026 event is organized by the city of Vantaa in cooperation with the KEHA centre. The event is co-financed by the European Union.
