Workshop: Improving and updating basic information package

This interactive session will focus on improving and updating the basic information material distributed to newcomers to Finland, currently provided as Welcome to Finland guide and brochure. The workshop is for the non-governmental organizations supporting immigrants and individuals who have moved to Finland from abroad and it is conducted in English.

We warmly invite non-governmental organizations supporting immigrants and individuals who have moved to Finland from abroad to apply to participate in an upcoming workshop organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland and the Development and Administrative Centre (KEHA Centre). This interactive session will focus on improving and updating the basic information material distributed to newcomers to Finland, currently provided as Welcome to Finland guide and brochure. Your input will play a key role in updating and improving this resource. The workshop is conducted in English.

Please note that KEHA Centre and Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland are unable to provide funding for travel or other expenses related to participation. Lunch is also at participants' own expense.

How to Apply to Participate in the Workshop

If you are interested in attending, we kindly ask you to complete this short application form by February 10th, 2025. This will help us ensure the workshop is as relevant and impactful as possible. As space is limited, participation will be restricted. We will confirm attendance via email by February 14th, 2025.
